Deadlines

• By Wednesday, March 19th, please fax us your LPS BackPack Extra Mile Walk T-Shirt Order form. You can continue to recruit after that date, but there will be no guarantee that they will receive an LPS BackPack Extra Mile Walk t-shirt.
• We need a list of all your walkers, whether they are receiving a t-shirt or not, by Friday, April 19th.
• You will need to establish a deadline for when you need the Walker Sponsor Forms returned to you. We need them in our office by Wednesday, April 23rd—Bank Day. When you turn in all of the money collected at your location, you will need to place all of the Walker's Sponsor Envelopes (with the money collected inside) into the "Team Collection Envelope" that is in your packet. Please do not open any Walker's Sponsor Envelopes and count the money. The walker should have their form all completed and totaled when you receive it.

We will be having "Bank Day" at LPSDO on Wednesday, April 23rd. Our drop off location will be at the Lincoln Public Schools District Office (LPSDO) in Shari Styskal's office - E110C (located in Business Affaris) from 8AM to 5PM for you to drop off your Team Collection Envelope and you can pick up your LPS t-shirts.
